2750 SQUARE FEET OF CLIMBING SURFACE

Nosotros has designed your gym to be inclusive for climbers of all skill levels. With a large variety of vertical sections new climbers will have plenty of options to get comfortable climbing. In addition to the vert walls a 20ft section of slab will welcome all skill levels. Lastly, there will be a large section of incline walls that gets progressively steeper from 10 degrees all the way into roof climbing. These options will keep climbers engaged from the time they are beginners through when they become experts. We left room for a future training system addition. The padding will be 12” thick per industry standard. Padding will be topped with a vinyl or nylon cover to allow for convenient maintenance. This clean arrangement will allow for the most route setting flexibility and safety.

A brilliant strength workout is climbing. Shorter climbs are all about power, while over longer climbs you can work on your stamina.
You need to concentrate on maneuvers while you climb, which will help you build problem-solving skills.

TECHNIQUE IS ALL

Use your legs to aid your arms because tension in your arms will fatigue you quickly. It’s not just about strength but how well you move.

BODYWEIGHT RULES

No one cares about what you can max bench or squat on a rock wall. Lifts, such as pull-ups, will aid in your climbing strength. You should spend more time on lifts that improve bodyweight training, muscle stabilization and endurance, and core strength.

LIMBER UP

There’s nothing worse than cramping up mid-movement. Devote some time to stretching before and after your climb to help loosen up tight muscles and allow for more range of motion and flexibility.

PLAN YOUR ROUTE

A route plan is essentially a cheat sheet that helps you to make decision before hand and keep track of your progress. Pick your route difficulty and assess the best way up.
